An anti-abortion bill will be voted on in the MN House this Thursday (5/10) at 9.30am. This bill already passed in the Senate last week. Can you join us to Stand Up, Fight Back?
For one day, on May 12, 2018, people dealing with warrant issues in Ramsey County can come and get their issues resolved without the fear of getting arrested.
The county is teaming up with the ACLU of Minnesota, the NAACP, and UJAMAA Place to host a warrant resolution day. Attendees will work with attorneys and judges to address active warrants and take actions to resolve or move forward with any underlying court case.

Anti-protest provisions have been slipped into 2 House Omnibus bills, (Public Safety Omnibus and the Transportation Omnibus), making them hard for the Governor to veto.

Mn House voted to allow employers to deny coverage for birth control as part of the Health & Human Services (& Transportation) Omnibus bill and they also voted against the Protect Access to Contraception (PAC) Act that would have protected no-cost birth control from further attack from the Administration.
Lastly the Mn Senate passed SF2849, the “ultrasound bill”, legislating that doctors must offer patients, who have chosen to have an abortion, the option of viewing an ultrasound (a right patients already have).
