During his tenure, the organization has expanded both the depth and the breadth of its global programming. Wordsworth has led ARC in refocusing its efforts on quality and customer service, recognizing the intensely individual experience of each refugee and utilizing human-centered design methodology to launch breakthrough efforts. In 2012 ARC was awarded the Peter F. Drucker award for Non-Profit Innovation in recognition of its work with the Somali Diaspora globally. Daniel has written numerous publications on children and poverty.
