Join TakeAction members at the State Capitol on May 18, with just days before the legislature must adjourn, to talk to legislators and make our voices heard on the critical issues. At stake is paid sick leave for hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans, our right to free speech and protest, the health care that keeps us safe and healthy, and much more. This Lobby Day will feature members from Greater Minnesota districts who will carpool together to the Capitol, joining together with TakeAction members from the Twin Cities and area suburbs.

Together, we’ll share our values with legislators and push back against policies that will hurt us, our families and communities. Themes for lobby visits will include: the caregiving economy, health care, wages, local democracy and much more. Lobby Day will also include training and community building, we look forward to seeing you there! Contact Sabrina Mauritz ( with questions or if you want to bring a large group.

Carpools are available from several cities, more information is available on the registration page below.
