How to Have Those Hard Conversations

It's a taboo to talk politics or divisive issues at the holidays. People are afraid of causing a tension or a rift in the family when it's supposed to be a time about coming together and sharing joy.

It's a tough thing to tackle. But we also believe the holidays are the perfect time to have those tough conversations. Challenge one another and try to form a deeper understanding of one another's perspectives on issues. Know that you won't be able to count on walking away having changed someone's mind, but to start a conversation and at least open a new perspective on a matter.

Here are some resources to help you have a messy conversation this holiday season.
