Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are still recovering from the devastation left behind by Hurricane Maria. 

    We applaud U.S. Rep Nydia Velazquez (D-NY), the first Puerto Rican woman to be elected to Congress, for her bold stance for the people of Puerto Rico.
